Non-Cancellable Orders: If your order has already been shipped or production has started, cancellations are no longer possible — the item is already being prepared or delivered.
2. Product Returns Policy
Your satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns under the following specific conditions to ensure product quality for all customers:
1. Return Timeframe: You may request a return within 14 calendar days from the date you receive the product.
2. Product Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and packed in its original packaging (including all accessories and tags).
